Cockerlers or criminals

View from St Annes beach - far in the distance the cocklers have descended. They bring with them bright orange bags which now litter our beach. Debris and dead birds.
They take, take, take, everything they can.
The lifeboats are being called out all the time. They are overloading their boats.
