CANVAS FOR MONEY

This is another group of people trying to change the world.This is in St Andrews
square in the middle of town. Went up town today and bumped into a guy I used to go school with.I never usually go into a pub on my own ,but was glad to with him
for a couple.It was in a pub called Rutherford's ,at the east end of princes street.Many years a go I used to work in the general post office on the opposite corner.I used to work over time from three to ten thirty p.m..Every night at eight
forty five ,we all got a break for quarter of an hour.At this point we all ran across
the road ,to find the bar covered in pints.Money was handed over the, liquid drunk
then the place emptied when the men went back to work. All they days are gone,
the post office is no longer there.
