Shutting out the Light

Back into town. I was quite nervous this morning as I was leading a session on something about which I knew very little. I think I picked my audience wisely. They seemed to know even less than me: indeed a relief. After that I felt quite relaxed. So relaxed that I could have happily nodded off if only there was somewhere where I could have rested my head. I sat in the toilets awhile but the noise of the continual stream of visitors around me was just too disturbing. I perked up a bit later for a nice little dim sum platter and finally an Old Fettercairn. Now home for the slippers and the first coal fire of the autumn.
