What a night!! Myself Mattmoo my brother in law and the in laws went to the very lovely Fishmore hotel in Ludlow for a tasting menu extravaganza!!

9 courses (if you include the canapé) including this delight - scallops pear and a vanilla sorbet. One of the nicest dishes I've ever eaten.

Now I know what they mean on MasterChef when they talk about complexity of flavours.
