Hmm, I see that this will be my 450th entry. I've worked out that there are enough days left in 2011 for me to publish my 500th blip before the end of the year so, given that there's no actual reason why I cannot do this, I am going to! There, that's the challenge set.

Anyway, anyway went down to Cramond this morning to support the weekly 5k Parkrun. Once the Parkrunners had run off, I met a colleague from work who was also running only he was completing an 11k round run from his flat along the Cramond foreshore and then back home again. Exhausting, or what! I, however, sauntered along a grassy walkway to take this shot of a well-weathered post.
