Here for the Beer.

My Lovely Other Half's parents are down from the Highlands for a visit, so we took them out for a pub supper.
This splendidly etched but poorly photographed window is at The London Apprentice.
The Isleworth Brewery was on St.John's Road from 1726 until 1923, when it was sold to Watneys, who ceased brewing there but used the site as a bottling plant until 1992.
The site has now been redeveloped for housing, but its brewing history is remembered in the naming of "Shire Horse Way"& "The Maltings".
