Pink footed geese at Montrose basin

Getting up at 5am is only worth it when you can see 60,000 Pink-footed geese. If that wasn't enough, it was accompanied by Curlew (my fave's !), Barnacle geese, Shelduck, Heron, Turnstone, Redshank, Ringed plover, and Cormorant, amongst many others !!
