Reflections and....

Just a bit of a walk this afternoon, after a few friends came over for a visit and meditation - it always feels like we visit (coffee, muffins etc) way longer than we actually sit on the cushion...oh well....feels good to connect with friends! Did a bit of work in the studio....i've got a new item i'm playing with....espresso cup set....they are pretty cute....won't get to see the finished product for a couple more weeks, but i think they might be ok!
