Azalea Seed Pods

Well after all the excitement last night of the All Blacks winning the World Cup - today seems a little flat.
The weather was supposed to be nor' wester and turning to 26 degrees, so I decided to take Amber - as a treat - to the Dog Park this morning. She had a great time, meeting other dogs but her main thing seems to be sniffing all the smells. She did meet a very large dauberman, and her nose could barely meet his stomach - they circled each other and bounced around, and then she snarled and chased the big dog - all for no reason.
He was very good and just kept out of her reach. She will take on the biggest - maybe she was feeling threatened. Anyway no harm done. She then teamed up with another group of 5 large dogs and followed them around for some time, so now she is sleeping and dreaming about her adventure!
Well I am sure we did not reach 26 degrees, but it was a lovely day, and the wind is just getting up now.
It is getting harder to find things in my garden to photograph - of course that I like.
Used my lensbaby, f4, macro 4.
