Paella Night

An often enjoyed dinner back home is a M&S Paella shared between my father and I.
After my Grandparents had been so kind as to treat me to a food shop on Friday, my cupboards were full enough to make a paella for me and a friend on Saturday night.
...when I'm home next I'll let my father do a taste test in comparison to the m&s one!

I fried the chicken, tomatos and chorizo then left to one wide. Then fried onions, garlic and peppers. Added Paella rice, chicken stock, paprika and seasoned. When rice is almost softened I added the chicken, tomatos, chorizo, prawns and peas and ensured they were heated through and then served. Simple.
