Lane to Palterton

The hillside east of the Doe Lea valley. Palterton is at the top of the hill off the right hand side of the picture.

It was windy but dry and bright - we have more need of the rain than the folks getting another soaking in the west. The difference between the east and west of the country seems even more marked than usual.
