Bargain

After my weekly fix I was all set to tidy up, get some food in, change the beds, and go and pick up my (very grown-up) recent acquisition.......however through the power of SMS I was summoned to attend brunch nearby. Excellent, fuck the housework.

Then we were joined by another pal, and off we went for a swift half. Topics covered, penal reform, forthcoming weddings, long-lost friends, the Nancies, facebook, the apprentice, You Tube, las Vegas, horse racing, chai, scones, work, holidays, hair, the problem with alchohol........

So left about 4 hours later - and went home via supermarket and got the food bought.....so now all I have to do is tidy the house for guest who is arriving in (gulp) just a few hours......
