A pain that I'm used to

Had a dull earache all day that has now slowly progressed to a throb, never wanted to take two of these more in my life. The crackling when I swallow is becoming slightly annoying too

Off to a concert tomorrow so hoping it doesn't progress into full blown infection (which it normally does) & slight hearing loss
