Turning to gold...

Ferry Meadows was created when Peterborough turned into Greater Peterborough and the population eventually doubled. The expansion project had good and bad points but Ferry Meadows was definitely one of the good things to come out of it. Man-made lakes and walks that are a delight for walkers and cyclists, especially at this time of the year. Today we discovered this beautiful part for the first time.
