Tree Frog

This little fellow/lady was on the wall in our back garden tonight. For Jo and I it was thrilling to see at Green Tree Frog in our backyard. In 12 years, I am pretty sure that this is the first one we have seen here, even though they would be reasonably plentiful. I got out Brisbane wildlife book out and I am reasonably sure that it is the "Green" Tree frog and not the dozens of other tree frogs found in the region.

It really made my day to see it on the wall.

And I am surprised that my camera and flash managed to capture the image so well.

This will go down as one of my favourite blips. It pleases me no end to think that we have Green Tree frogs living in and around our house.
