Mysterious empty chair during peak hour!

I was on my way back home at about 7pm earlier on and there was this empty chair right in front me. Throughout the ride, no one took the seat! This is so rare in Singapore because Singaporeans tend to rush to grab a seat on the train every time!

Lots of people were staring at the seat but no one sat on it... Social learning theory? These people amaze me a lot. :D
