Getting Things Done?

How hard it can be to start doing things? Apparently static friction is rather big. Waiting until I really need to start.

Too big 'ToDo' column suppresses the WIP column.

Don't know.

Or then again, I might be just enjoying my time with the little princess more than working on things like these.
