Looks like old school high ASA black and white film. Large you can see San Miguel Mountain. San Miguel Mountain is a mountain summit in San Diego County in the state of California (CA). San Miguel Mountain climbs to 2,559 feet (779.98 meters) above sea level.

No snow on the mountain. I think it got hailed on once and it seemed as if there was snow, but only for a moment. It just doesn't happen here!
