I received an email yesterday from someone who had known Jolyon Gold, the person in whose memory The Bench is dedicated. They said that it would have been his fortieth birthday yesterday and that someone from his family would like to get in touch.
I was writing a reply and looking at the Bench Shots when I noticed that the shot which appears to include a ghost (I have no explanation for the effect) was taken on 27th October 2006. And yesterday was 27th October. Weird or what..?
