Think we might stay.

This is the view out from the harbour we are currently sheltering in, on the island of Tinos. We are making painfully slow progress on our way to Crete. The forecast shows improving weather on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

For now we can only watch and wait. We are checking all the available sources for information and at least we can get free wifi to keep up to speed with what is happening.

It was a rough passage getting to Tinos and it is even worse out there now, so we won't be going anywhere soon. At least the high winds are not combined with rain as this would be misserable for all of the inhabitants of the island. Its currently 26 degrees in the shade, so all we need to do is try to find some and sit it out.
