Funny Bolt

Assembling a new chair, one of the bolts didn't go in. A closer inspection of the bolt showed it had somehow been manufactured with threads that didn't spiral up, but instead just went around the bolt a single time. You can see a line where somehow the threads had been cut and smushed down it looked like... very bizzare!
