The peson who runs a local workshop and whom we are using as a local fabricator of equipmet for fluid and particle mechanics labortary.
Uneducated by general standard ( though i personally dont beleive that education is just going into some school, college or institute), he has genuine intellect to grasp the ideas and mould into physical form.
