Catching Up

I had drinks and dinner with a friend I've not seen in probably five or six years.

She's an extremely talented musician, but has been involved with music as therapy for the last few years. She told me of a device she's working on to help a man ~ who doesn't have the use of his right arm ~ play a guitar, and had some video on her camera to show me. It's ingenious and I have no doubt she'll be able to refine it and eventually make it available for others.

It was a delightful afternoon-to-evening, despite the very warm, muggy weather.
