I will follow him...

We've started a choir at work - this was the second 'practice' and my first! This is Gordon (keyboard) and Colin. They are two of a select group who actually have some talent. I stood at the back and sang very quietly so as not to stand out. It felt a little like being at school and not in a good way.

Before next week we have to sing with Gordon in his office to discover our range. He wants to group people together so we are a bit more organised. I have a strong suspicion I'll be in my own group at the back humming quietly.

We were singing 'I will follow him' - featured in the film Sister Act.

I'm beginning to wonder whether they'll need a spoon player next week.
