Each Saturday, a lady in red publishes a recipe in my newspaper. She encourages the reader to use fresh ingredients, which actually shows how easy it is to cook without E-numbers and too much salt and sugar. That's the way I like it!

This is last saturday's recipe, tagliatelle with mushrooms in cream sauce. Couldn't make J. (and myself) happier!
