Late Halloween Party!

In my day it was scones covered in treacle that had to be eaten (very messy) but today it was chocolate doughnuts tied to the clothes line in the garden. I was cruel and tied their hands behind their backs to make it more difficult!

There was dookin for apples in the basin too and also the mummy game (covered in toilet rolls).

The reason we are so late celebrating Halloween is that their school disco was this evening so I decided that we would have a pre party party! There were actually 5 boys tonight (including a wee boy lion).

This picture is very grainy with the dull light but is sums up the fun of the day, and it makes me laugh!

Have to say for the record, it was such a mild day, only needed a fleece. The duvet coat is far too warm at the moment, but no doubt will be needed all too soon!!
