Boo or Moo ??

Out this afternoon having a quiet walk and
minding my own business, when on my right
through the hedge this fellow popped his head up
to say hello. He made me jump with his suprise Boo!!
He stayed there for a few minutes, enough time for me
get my camera out and take his portrait.
