Mayburgh Henge

Today is a foggy and cold day, so I thought it would be a good idea to go to Mayburgh Henge and try to take a moody shot of the stone.

My Nana grew up near the Henge and I remember her telling me that as children, the Henge was considered a good luck charm and people came for miles when they wanted luck just to touch the stone.

I think its absolutely amazing that this stone and its surrounding Henge has been there for thousands of years - and that it was built by the people who used to live here.
