Mrs Smith's Mum came round for Sunday lunch today and so I rubbed a leg of lamb with spices and oil and cooked it on a low heat for a very long time and mightily delicious it was too.

To walk off all the food me and Ruby went off for a wander with the whippet and unturned a new Geocache. I had to go to to town on the processing obviously to protect the location!
