Don't forget the Village People

This market was on today in Stafford Street in a bid to get shoppers back into the West End. Due to The Trams this part of the city has had a bad time. Although maybe it's due to the Kredit Krunch. Those poor trams are getting all the blame.

It was a lovely sunny day. Can you see the chocolate fountain on the right, sitting in the sun. Bleugh! I helped assemble one with a friend once - there's quite a lot of oil goes in to it, plus always the risk that someone may double-dip. Bleugh! And pehaps an insight into the root of our obesity problem - our need to dip pieces of fruit in chocolate.

I would have wandered longer but had to attend to urgent business. However the potentially angry customer was in fact very charming. And i was oh, so charming too - so hopefully have stopped any future crap happening. But you never know.

i told you this would become a phenomenon. it was on again this week - great fun.
