Birch Bark Curl

Wow! What a gorgeous day we had today! Beautiful sunshine and warmish temps. Quite a bit different from last weekend!

I wanted to spend some time outside today before digging into my homework. While wandering around the front yard I spotted this bark curling on the Birch tree. Other than converting to black & white and resizing, this is straight from the camera.
