~Skylight~

~In Blues And Purples~

I've been trying to photograph
this rectangular hole in the ceiling
for awhile now, without success!
There is about six of them in this courtyard
and I could never get the right image taken.
Then I remembered a good rule of photography,
K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid),
or better said as 'Less Is More'.
So I photographed just one skylight
and at least for me it seemed to work.
Maybe I just think it worked,
because in actuality I am relieved
that I don't have to deal with
this perplexity again, at least for a while.
I'll be back you pesky multi-skylited ceiling.
I'll be back, just you wait,
I will conquer you, you will cease to plague me!
