the pain...

My legs feel like they have run down 2500 feet of vertical rock path - which is exactly what they did yesterday.

Today they just can't move that well or fast or painlessly, I moan and groan with every step. I think everyone around me is bored of my whinging so I have in the 'modern' way taken it online! Sorry.
