Dr Bike...

Meet Dr Bike. Otherwise known as James. Dr Bike is visiting Bethany's school today and giving free bike check-ups. He works for SusTrans who are an organisation trying to promote sustainable transport solutions and as the cycling officer, James covers parts of Fife and two schools in our area.

He's got about 40 bikes to get through here to tune up and he even very kindly pumped up my tyres from their ludicrously low psi they'd gotten to. It feels a lot better.
