Outside the Town House in Inverness on Armistice Day 2011. The flags are lowered as the clock strikes the eleventh hour. A nice bright morning and quite a lot of people had gathered to observe the two minute silence. And I noticed that several shops and Eastgate Centre had notices saying they were going to observe. The road in front of the Town House was kept clear of traffic giving the place a bit of a strange look. That must be the Provost to the right of the standard-bearer. Got a few shots with a wider view and taking in the crowd. I often notice with street scenes that when you review the images on the computer you often notice things you didn't see at the time. People's expressions and so on. Sometimes I copy these things to a new image. And apologies for a third shot on the same theme.
