A rose by any other name...

We decided today to head over to Roukenglen Park for a walk and a walk around their Christmas lights. First stop was East Kilbride for a coffee (my very first Gingerbread Latte of the season - without the whip and with skimmed milk), where we manage to avoid Peter Andre who was apparently there to turn on the lights.


The walk around the park in the sun, with the drink was lovely, though there was not all that much to see as most of the beds were fallow for the winter. Heading inside I was oping for the usual high quality lighting display, only to find hat they have decided to not put that out. This year it was a much smaller area, with more weird santa statues, and very few lights. We were not the only disappointed people, there were quite a few folks walking round asking if this was it,

We did not spend too long looking round but I did manage to see 1 flower, though it did need an electricity supply
