Flow comes and goes and comes again.

Why is it so difficult to remember how to get my flow? If I have lost it, I meditate for as long as it takes, making time during my daily life.
There is no pressure, it is a habit.

So when I'm experiencing challenges in my life, I just need to remind myself. When I'm feeling the flow it is so easy to get lazy, not in a working sense, but in the sense of forgetting about the power of meditation, the power of myself.

Meditation often seems like hard work, and it is, but it gives me my energy back - and having a selective memory, I need to remind myself what challenges are - they are gifts which help me to remember.

I am in the flow.
