Flying the Flag

Apart from 3 years away to study for my degree, I have lived in Tamworth all my life (hence tammiegirl). Once a really pretty market town presided over by this beautiful Norman motte and bailey castle, the town centre has now lost its soul due to a huge nearby shopping centre.

The castle was flying the flag today as a mark of respect for Remembrance Sunday so decided it made an appropriate blip x
