Waterfall Foam....

We went to Horsham to do some shopping tonight, and while we were out we decided to go to a pub for dinner, on the way to the pub we passed a waterfall which some idiot thought it would be a good idea to throw some washing up liquid into it. The outcome was the water turned to foam, and start to bubble out, to top it all someone else pushed a pink balloon into the foam for fun.
I hope someone gets it under control else Horsham will be awash with foam.
