Detritus #3

More old crap lying about, one of four printed phonecards I found in a box a few days back. God these seem old. These are D-day commemorative cards, I suspect from the 50th in '94. Seemed somehow appropriate on remembrance Sunday to somehow have a link back to a specific day when many people made that final sacrifice, rather than a standard shot of girl''s paper poppy. The black background is to commemorate a monstrous stunt carried off today with some panache by girl, too private to be here, a family in-joke, but one that'll long be remembered (And this whole sentence is to serve solely as a cattle prod to my memory if I ever look back).
