End of the night or start of the day?

I haven´t very much experience of the sunrise.
Some periods of life it´s more common though...
As a teenager (as the end of the night)
As a baby parent (as the start of the day)
As a teenager parent (as the end of the night)

Good night!

Or should I say Good morning?
