Follow the trails

Today I have mostly been trying to discover who put up a partition wall in our new office. The landlord says it was the last tenant, the last tenant tells me it was the landlord. The landlord now has a vague recollection of doing it. The council tell me I need to find out if there was a building warrant for putting the wall up before I knock the wall down. If there was then I need a warrant to knock it down. If there wasn't then I can just knock it down now. It will take about five minutes.

Be grateful you didn't get a blip of the wall.

In other news, BT are still crap. However they are "escalating" my complaint. Whatever that means.
