Last Rose of Winter?

I could hardly believe my luck, and joy, to see this tucked away in the corner of the garden today. I had left my diary at home, so before attending a meeting at 4pm, I called home to collect it. As I wandered round the garden with a cuppa, I spotted a dash of pink! We had a glorious winter's day here.

It is such a privilege to drive round the Berwickshire countryside in deep oranges, rusts and ambers.

Tomorrow's blip might be the famous learning socks....
