Sweet potato salad almost makes up for...

the pastries and biscuits I scoffed at the business workshop yesterday. I think it was in consolation for being cooped up inside all day.

It would be a great leap forward if caterers changed the crisps, pork-pie and pastry buffet lunch for something altogether more fresh and wholesome. Still, there was some decent fruit.

The dressing for today was made with almond butter, orange zest, 5 spice, garlic, flax and water. It was both filling and 'warming'.
