Chocolate

Mr. Apple did another one of those "I am so glad I married you" things. Each year, at the holidays, I get completely addicted to those chocolate oranges that come out. You know, the "whack and unwrap" ones that then come in little orange slices? They cost about $4-5 a piece and well, I eat a lot of them.

Mr Apple figured out this new and very complicated recipe:

Melt 1 pound of chocolate
stir in 1 teaspoon of orange extract
pour out on a silpat and cool in fridge
break into chunks and eat

Soooo much cheaper than $5 an orange if you don't mind the lack of orange shape and faux slices. This jar sat on my desk all day getting less and less full.
