Keep on Running

"E" was running at Oxgang this morning, and had the opportunity to catch up with "J" who was running for the first time for her school team.
"E" also had the chance to try out his X country running spikes which he liked.
"I" was playing rugby with the school and had an early start as they headed to Carrick in Ayrshire.
"D" was feeling slightly fragile today after some celebrations last night,( hence no blip yesterday), as he was successful at interview for a new job.
At present he is wandering around with a grin like a Cheshire Cat. Well done "D"xx
