Today was the first time I'd been to a martial arts demonstration and been in the audience. I can tell you it's a lot less painful and stressful from this side!

It was also the first demonstration I'd been to since stopping Aikido and leaving that part of my life behind. It feels like a long, long time ago.

Well done Rick, I think you put in a great showing today and your ukemi was great to watch!
