Too grey

Could this picture convey how grey and cold it was as I walked along the Leeds Liverpool canal today?

How many layers was I wearing in order for me not to feel the cold? I just didn't calculate for the dampness of the air.

It was for that reason there were hot coffees with whiskey once through the front door!
