Street Lights

As I was leaving work the illuminated wheel outside the college caught my eye. This is actually the headgear pulley taken from one of the local coal mines, Bickershaw Colliery, No.4 Headgear which was erected in the early eighties after the closure of the last pits in the Wigan area. Decided to liven things up a little with a bit of movement.
