Yummy

I've had a lot of diet problems and restrictions in the past year! Today, I was told that some of the 'restrictions' can be lifted, to see how it goes. This is my first, "trial run" with a chocolate flake yoghurt and it was absolutely delicious! Well worth it. And no side effects to speak of. So far so good!
